Out of Time

Caleb was in the living room, sitting on the couch, starring at the ceiling. Pokemon the first movie playing on the large flat screen tv on the wall in front of him

Ryder moved out and looked at him "Cwawub?" he asked looking at him. "W-What is that?" he said shly.

Caleb looked over and smiled at him "The device or the thing on it? Cause the device is called a television. you get to watch shows, usually fantasy shows on it. And what I'm watching now is pokemon, the best cartoon ever made."

"C-cawtoon?" He asked shyly making his way over to him. He looked at the screen amazed his eyes growing wide. "What is pok e mon?" He asked peeking up at him and looked away out of respect. He glanced over alarmed when he heard Oliver walk from his room. He wasn't used to all the strange sounds in this place.

Caleb smiled "They're little creatures that have powers, kind of like magic."

He nodded slowly and looked at the tv confused. He sat on the couch with his feet hanging off and his hands in his lap "they sound funny" he said quietly looking at it closely.

Oliver smiled watching the boy. He grabbed some water and then stopped. "Hey Ryder would you like some water?"

Caleb smiled and looked at the boy. "or something to eat?" he offered

Oliver smiled and brought him a cup of water since he had said yes and smiled gently at the boy. "Here buddy" he said and smiled ruffling his hair.

Ryder smiled gently and held the cup with both his tiny hand. "no Twank you cawub" he said gently and sipped his water looking at the tv still mesmerized.

CAleb chuckled "If you get hungery let me know alright?" he said and looked at the show again. his voice showed up in Oliver's head 'I have a bad feeling'

Oliver glanced over to him 'about what? The boy and his father or something else?' He spoke back pulling the fridge open as he searched through it. He frowned not finding much of anything.
There was a knock on the window and Daniel was crouching their a cocky smirk on his face. "Let me in asshats"

Caleb glanced toward Oliver "Something else" he replied in his head before going over and locking the window.

Daniel frowned at him and just teleported into the room. "That was mean" he said and then smiled at the tv "best show ever little men learn well" he said flopping on the couch.

Ryder had watched him his eyes wide and he was shaking.

CAleb glared at Daniel "Man, you're scaring the kid, can you stop?"

Daniel held his hands up "I didn't even do anything" he pouted and whinned "I came here so we could talk about stuff, and to steal your food, as well as hit on you....So you could be nicer" he said and shrugged.
Ryder held onto the cup tighter and looked where he had come from wanting his father again.

Caleb rolled his eyes "Exactly why I'm not nicer. I don't need you hitting on me, or stealing my food, which if you saw when oliver opened the firdge, we don't have much"

Daniel pouted and sighed shaking his head. "You are mean" he said and sighed spreading out on the couch. "We'll then we can talk. And bother you" he said and poked Caleb's sighed before he rested back down.

Caleb rolled his eyes. "why?"

Daniel smirked"we'll you are sexy so that's why" he shrugged and then looked at his painted nails. He yawned and relaxed back. "That is what you were asking right?" He asked curiously looking at him smiling.

Ryder had slid away to go to the kitchen watching Oliver make Mac and cheese.

CAleb rolled his eyes "I was wondering why you came here specifally to bug me."

"We'll I bugged Oliver enough when we were kids so he doesn't get bothered by it" he said shrugging. "I mean um...I have never met Oliver ever in my life" he said and looked away rubbing his neck.

Caleb raised an eyebrow at him confused

Oliver shot him a glare "Daniel you can just tell him, he isn't going to say anything" Oliver just rolled his eyes and smiled at Ryder setting him on the counter smiling.
Daniel whined "can't you just...agh" he whined rolling around. "Me and him and brothers" he muttered annoyed.

Caleb glanced between them "Oh, alright."

Ooover smirked and kissed Ryder giving him a small bowl for him to try and set him on the couch. "I told you he wouldn't care dani. He just want you to stop hitting on him. He is not a whore like you. I don't even see how you are a angle" he said and plopped in his older brothers lap.
Daniel sighed and grumbled "just it Ollie I can do what I want"

Caleb wondered off to get a drink, biting his lip, worried about why he felt like they were going to be attacked soon
