Out of Time

Oliver listened to him and nodded a little bit. "Oh" he said and  leaned into his lap more. He took a deep breath and looked up when the door was knocked on. He got up and headed over to the door and opened it slowly.

Grim looked over to him and asked "should we go patrol, they seem to be starting to crawl out of their hiding spots

Oliver looked over to Caleb. "Yeah I think that would be smart" he said and shifted. "You guys can go out I will stay with Ryder" he said and walked out of the room.

Caleb shook his head "you should go out for a bit. I'll stay with the kid, okay?"
grim headed out of the house.

Oliver looked at him and shook his head. "No, I-I can't" he said and shook his head quickly.

Caleb rested his hands on his shoulder "you can" he said, sure of this.

Oliver shook his head "I-I um I am scared" he said quietly.

Caleb smiled "you'll be fine. They'll have your back"

Oliver nodded, 'Be careful and watch for Daniel he still isn't home" he said softly.

Caleb nodded "I will. Dont worry" he said and kissed his head

Oliver nodded and went to go change

Zack, Tyler and grim were waiting outsode

Oliver changed into leather pants and a vest. he added his knives and his other things. He walked out of the house looking to them.

Zack nodded to him. He looked at Tyler "Halten Sie mit ihm" Tyler nodded and gave a thumbs up. Tyler looked at Oliver "me and you will head this way, they'll go that way"

Oliver nodded and listened to them before he looked up to Tyler "sounds good" he said and bit his lip.

Tyler gave a small nod toward the street and headed off that way, grim and Zack going the other.

Oliver watched them before catching up to Tyler and looked at him curiously. "You are amazing"

Tyler looked at him confused "really?"

"What you and Zack did earlier it was awesome" Oliver said shyly and looked at him.

tyler smiled softly "thank you"

He nodded and smiled widely at him. "Really it was amazing" he said softly "I could never do that. Not even close"

Tyler smirked "Thanks. Appreciate it. and trust me, you don't want to."

"I know I dont. I didn't even want to come" he said seriously and looked up to him.

Tyler glanced at him "you didn't have to"

"Caleb said it would be good for me" he said quietly. "I haven't been well" he said and looked at the ground.
