The Young and The Wild

Link sighed. "I will find him and bring him back. I have wird calming things, and yeah" he said and shifted following his smell.

Marik had just run for a few blocks until he found the park that was nearby and he was sitting on a bench, curled up

Link shifted back and went over sitting next to him. "Marik it will be oaky"

Marik shook his head "He just threw me away... like I was nothing.... I didn't even mean anything to him." he said quietly

Link shook his head. "Not true. HE did like you, maybe even loved" he said quietly. "You have to understand though, and you can' tell anyone, not even matty or Max. But Daniel is a were wolf. Alec is his mate, so it is almost impposible to resist the pull between them. He didn't want to throw you away Marik. He just couldn't stop it.

Marik went back to crying, possibly harder, but other then the sobs he was now silent.

Link moved and brushed his hair. "Marik...do you believe in fate?"

Marik seemed shocked by the question cause he went perfectly still for a second before looking at him "yes" he said quietly

"Well it is Daniel and Alec's fate to be together. And they are true soul mates. When Alec turns 18 he can start to feel certain things like Daniels emotions. And what that means is that in every lifetime and even if they weren't who they were they would have been together. It was fate. " he said softly "I know that is hard but there is a fate for you to"

Marik rolled his eyes "Yea, to be hated and alone my whole life, or go back underground and be a tombkeeper." he said bitterly before looking away from him

Link shook his head. "Who said you would be alone forever. I like you but it is illegal cause you are so young and I am not." He said and laughed a little bit. "Sides you are adorable anyone would love you"

Marik shook his head "I'm not adorable, plus I have no idea what I'm doing up here, I'll never be useful..."

Indiana looked at him "you are the adorable creature I have ever seen" he said looking at him. "I felt like that to. I was born without a mate or they died before I was born. I don't know. I just have this empty feeling within me." He said and sighed.

Marik looked at him and said "I'm sorry"

"Nah it is all good. It means I can choose who I love and I like that" he said and looked at him.

Marik nodded and curled back up into a ball

Link sighed and leaned back on the bench looking up at the sky. "You know everything with be right in the end"

Marik shook his head "I don't believe that."

Link smirked and looked over to him  "Yeah well I do, and I believe in you"

Marik sighed and curled up more.

Link played with his hair and just looked up at the sky.

Marik sighed and cried silently.

Link smiled "have you ever been on a swing before?" He asked curiously.

MArik looked up and shook his head.

Link smiled and got up offering him a hand.
